The HumanGeo team attended GeoInt 2011 in full force and made their presence known with an crowd-stopping booth and the panel participation of CEO Al Di Leonardo and CTO Abe Usher. To be fair, the R/C helicopter giveaway also attracted some attention. The booth showed off HumanGeo's innovative geospatial analytics with a demo of the USGIF award nominated ISEBOX application and a case study on combating drug related crime on the Mexican border using Social Media monitoring with geospatial analysis. The team had a great time in San Antonio, but after four days, a lot of Tex-Mex, and even more Texas BBQ, the team was ready to get back to the grind.
